This pretty porcelain vase with a colorful design featuring red flowers is a stunning piece of art that combines elegance and nature-inspired beauty. It reminds one of Italian or Tuscan pottery with its bright colors and floral design.

I made this on my pottery wheel from porcelain clay. Then I altered the design to a more oval shape, adding a couple embellishments at the shoulders. Then I used pottery underglazes for the design that was free hand painted onto the pot. It's all coated in a translucent glaze that makes it durable and able to hold water for fresh flowers.

This porcelain vase is sure to add a touch of sophistication and natural beauty to any space.

It is very difficult to gift wrap your pottery since I need to make sure it has lots of bubblewrap and peanuts surrounding it so it arrives intact. The bowl arrived safely and was so beautiful... a joy to touch and handle! I was so proud to give it to my companion who enjoys Oriental food so much. Needless to say,it broke my heart when I heard it hit the cement floor and break! Never give a man something so artistic as this. Get it for yourself and give him plastic!
